The acception to Translate latest DotS map into English

We are Touhou FC form Vietnam. Can we translate your Warcraft 3 Custom map DOTS into English?.
Recently DotS has become popular in Vietnam, may be it will popular like DotA in Garena if it is translated into English.
It was a lucky that We have a group can translate Chinese into English (because we are student in Faculty of Foreign Languages) --> (I've just learnt Chinese but my friends form China can help us. He translates and I edit DotS map in World Editor).
We can begin translate if we have the acception of www.touhou.cc/bbs

- We need a unlock DotS map to translate (This is a copyright map form the author). Can MOD of this forum help us? We are very happy when you help us ^^
- If we do not have the acception to translate this map into English. Can TouHou FC in this forum translates for us the latest DotS map with English version?
