hey. when i search before,  i skipped the second one as i dont like the color of it
and now you find it.

byakuren may delighted but so far she is a melee, better most target on eirin's dps, i want a dps item for eirin.
Eirin doesnt really got some items that can well for her. She looks week as she really have no items well for her.
yet ,scapegoat (i dont know whats your translation) is good for her but this thing is OPed.
a total different direction is byakuren.
byakuren is a good hero as any item adding either:
HP MP MPRegen
STR INT Armor/Magic Resist(any tank) is well for her.
What she doesnt need is HPRegen, AGI, too much MPRegen, too much Damage, which means actually most item she is well used (by the way, this is her only advantages to most of the INT girls, just comparing if her DR get balanced).
(Byakuren can build by INT, but a truely tanked Byakuren should get tanks item not INT which at last it balanced)
We would much better ignore byakuren and better nerf byakuren when byakuren is holding a item that makes her overpowered.
(thats whats Lol does when they add a item, and they nerf Vladmir (he got a ability changing Magic Damge to HP, a bit similiar))
But not too much nerfing Byakuren, so you know that Iron Maiden is not too possible. (Iron Maiden is meaning to give all things she needs, sad)

As dota's say,
a characters balance is easy to change, as it is only for his own. A items balance is hard to change, as every change, it affects all hero.

HI,necrodesu. I heard that you went to  http://www.shrinemaiden.org to ask dots players from other countries. I saw lots of them complained about 958 such as the changing of Hakkero and the deleting of Primeterator. Many of them also puzzled the usage of Anthor and some of them wanted to change  Byakuren's life steal. Some of the ideas i think it's because they may not understand dots clearly, but for the change of items I'd like the map makers come to explain to them.
Overall, thank you for your work. as a touhou fan and dotsholic, I'm glad to see it has more and more players all over the world.

Whatever you meant by "scapegoat", I don't get it. It this thing, emm... edible or what?

    My, thank you! It was fun being an envoy of some sort, though the sheer amount of complains surprised me.
I serve the greater good of Touhou ardently.

The one simply with 3 "+6INT +40%MPRegen +8Atk +8Atk Speed".

Here gots sheer amount of complains also, much more than there, but i can only serve for some which nearly 75% people agree of it (it must included me, ya) or something the balancing needs to do. I dont like being 後知後覺(Late knowing, late doing, i hope you know what i mean), so always get some changes that most people doesnt understand.

This icon is much more better, but see if you can PS away the fire on the bottom so let it looks like a item not a ability. I guess you will dont want a mean.

    DPS item for Eirin... I've thought it over and came to conclusion, that she does not need a specific DPS item at all. She already has everything by herself, including high attack damage due to insane dynamic INT growth and good IAS buff. What may she possibly require? All she needs is some Orb-effect, Ice frog or Watermelon sword.
I can easily design an INT-dependant Orb-effect, though I am more attracted by her healing ability - only 3 Moriya girls have spells with direct healing capability. "Asclepius"
The map needs more AGI items. Especially since any new INT one will most likely be screwed by Byakuren. What a pain, really!

Well, Healing abilities.
This maps' healing abilities is all with damage abilities
Eiki's (F) Mino's (D) , etc
eirin is the only one who got a ULT without damage but only healing.

By the way, touhou its background doesnt provide much Healing characters. Its a restriction.

    Fine, fine. But I was thinking about an INT item that passively boosts healing/damaging potential of such abilities. (Only direct healing though, not indirect. Eirin's (W) is conjuration of a bottle, it won't benefit from this passive.)
Concluding the subject, does Eirin still need a DPS item? Or should I start developing some AGI items instead?

Something like, passively increase healing abilities.
Wait, wait! Byakuren can heal herself! (fine, plz ignore byakuren)
By the way, is too singular only for healing heros of making such item.

AGI item,
actually most +Attack items is for AGI heros.

Better take a break now (for me)...
I was too overdrive these days.
Totally emptied mind. I may contact you a few days later.

I do too much things these 3 days, uncontrolled.
