Well personally, I disagree with some item names, just saying.

Stuff like Concordias cannot be changed, it's what makes up the "developers's items". Tengu Fan is A-OK and it makes a lot of sense. While others will have to be checked... I'll translate your suggestions into Chinese to allow others to evaluate whether if it's good or not. OK? There's so much ideas here that it's gonna take a long time discussing all of them...

I'll think about making my Kusanagi into something less powerful. Anyway, have fun. Just present the full list of changes afterwards.
To say about the balance, it's not the skills themselves break it, it's their power. Just cut it down and everything should be fine. Everything can be buffed and nerfed around here.

In my opinion, steal life will make DPS too hard to killed, that is why Flandre Scarlet is hard to killed. if Vampire mask is added, map will be IMBA, and I don't agree your "Just cut it down and everything should be fine", that will lead dots same with dota,. In spite of two more topics on the same subject, I will prefer to stay here in the first one and continue answering the comments. In english, please.
So. First. Poor Frandol is not hard to kill at all. A BOOM! or two, and she is down with her puny HP. She herself is a few more times IMBA that my mask. I am currently working at her skillset by the way. Second. I already said, that the items replace the vampiric, don't sum it up. Poor Frandol will be left with her default ~36%. As for all the others, will this 10-15% Lifesteal be really of a threat? Don't forget that it is melee, so the list of heroes able to benefit from the item is cut in half instantly. Lifesteal also suppresses all other Orb effects and does not affect Resistant/Immune users, thus the huge DPS you are talking about won't stack with it most of the times. Third. I am anxious about the resemblance too. Your english is fine, go on.

I kinda doubt that others will feel this is fine though...

especially those at Doujinstyle, they are all joining the No Lifesteal bandwagon XD...

You should register there and talk about it.

Do I really need to go to some Doujinstyle forum and explain obvious things to the guys, whose connection to the actual map production is doubtful and whom I do not even know?
