Seriously, I don't think Surrender vote is a good idea (if I got it right, of course, lol). There must not be a place for desperation here. I'd rather make the vote do something funny instead. For example, randomly swapping all players between the two teams, automatically equalizing the difference if possible. It could even equalize the hero levels if the difference between them is too critical... Hmm, I think I got carried away a little. Back to work.

Well, there is this system on Heroes of Newerth where they allowed you to concede - the match will count as a loss but players are allowed to leave without penalty.
The vote is carried out by the team who proposed it and if all five members of that team agrees, a vote is passed.

笨蛋觉得这个系统能应用上的时机很少，第一中退帝们通常一声不吭地就退了，即使有此系统也不一定会注意；第二劣势团体的成员们意见不统一的情况也非常多。

一般问一下，如果大多数人同意就A吧，有点游戏素质的人都不会随便中退，没素质的人你就算搞了这个系统也还是会中退。我在浩方玩还没有几局是能4V4到最后的
